Two blogs in one day!!!
It never rains but it pours!
I am very happy. My trial service went well. My two assessors said they would recommend that I continue so that's the answer to my worries about whether or not I should be doing this. I do believe that God speaks to us through other people, very often, so I do take their approval as a good sign. The congregation were so kind to me and seemed to enjoy the worship so I was pleased with that. I do feel very tired now, I have done nothing all afternoon which is not like me. I don't how ministers manage with two services a day!
Anyway onward and upward. Thursday they will discuss my progress at the Local Preachers meeting and I shall hopefully be put onto trial proper on the next plan. That's when I lose my comfort blanket of tutor presence, but that won't be until September/October thank goodness.
