Sorry

So sorry for all you readers. I have been so busy that I have not had time to write anything since April 25th. I never could keep a diary so its not surprising that I find this difficult.
My mentor and I have been very busy with services. I have had four in the last five weeks and he has had five. Next Sunday is the big one for me as I am to do all the service myself for the first time. It is an evening service as well, which I have not done before. I think they have a different rhythm too mornings. I have tried to keep it shorter and more relaxed but we will see. Will I feel more relaxed probably not. Each one is different and has its own organic feeling.
I now know where my trial service is to be, and when, so I shall have to think about that fairly soon. It is not for another month but I an early preparer so I expect that I shall be doing it next week once Sunday has passed.
I am beginning to go round again to some of the churches in the circuit. This is good because it allows me to meet again some nice people. It also helps to memorise them for the future. Unfortunately there are still some churches which I have not been to at all and I am worried that I will not visit them before I am let loose on my own. However we shall see.
This Sunday went quite well I had to do another children's address which I find quite unnerving. I did try to buy some children's books and Bible stories but when I read them I realised that I could make Bible stories modern and child friendly myself so why spend money on a book? However you would have to ask the children whether that is correct or not.
I will really try to keep this thing up to date from now on and con only apologise again for my tardiness.
